Founded by strategist Jessica Downer, the studio was created to support entrepreneurs doing meaningful work but struggling to show up online in a way that feels authentic. With over a decade of experience in social media and global marketing, Jessica brings a culturally aware, strategy-first approach to every project.

Our Founder
Jessica Downer is a social media strategist, content creator, and global communicator with over 12 years of experience helping brands grow through authentic, community-driven marketing.
Before launching Socially by Jessy D, Jessica worked in both agency and in-house roles, and spent over seven years living abroad in Shanghai, China. Her international experience — combined with her fluency in English, Spanish, and Mandarin — allows her to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and craft messaging that resonates across cultures.
Through Socially by Jessy D, Jessica brings empathy, clarity, and a strategic eye to help entrepreneurs build online presence without burnout or confusion. She’s passionate about turning big ideas into real, sustainable growth — always with a focus on keeping things human, not just transactional
